Summer Fruit

Summer Fruit, 15" x 12" - Transparent Watercolor
This was some of the sweetest fruit I had ever tasted; and it was as beautiful as it was delicious. I loved the way the sunlight was shining through the window and illuminating the cantaloupe slices from behind. It gave it a beautiful glow.

Hi everyone! I've been away for a while as I got sick with the crud that's going around - twice in a month! Thank you so much for all of your nice comments. It was fun to paint the summer fruit during these dreary days of winter here.
